If there is one company making a positive impact on our health, safety, sustainability, and digitalization, it’s TNO. TNO is the innovation engine of the Netherlands. However, many people are unaware of this. To address this, we collaborated with agency True Ideas to create an online video and a series of engaging social media posts, resulting in an effective employer branding campaign.
Approach
With the idea that TNO employees are not just workers, but “time makers,” we translated this concept into video content that showcases the speed and dynamic world of TNO. Because, perhaps you don’t realize it, but TNO is directly and indirectly responsible for many of the products and services we use every day. The video highlights various projects, employees, and innovations. In addition to the hero employer brand video, we also created a series of short, snackable videos specifically designed for social media.
