ProRail expressed the desire to create a series of videos aligned with their employer promise and the theme Moving Forward Every Day. These videos highlight not only ProRail’s contributions to improving safety, accessibility, sustainability, and livability in the Netherlands but also how they support the growth and development of their own employees.
Approach
For this video content, we joined forces with communications agency SteamTalmark. Together, we creatively translated the Moving Forward Every Day theme into three videos, each focusing on a unique subject. In every portrait, we mirror ProRail’s societal impact with what it offers employees personally. This approach illustrates where a career at ProRail can take you, what you can learn from the work, and how ProRail supports your personal and professional growth.
Each video centers around one individual’s story, initially misleading the viewer. At first, it seems to feature an ordinary traveler, but by the end, it’s revealed that all three are ProRail employees. Visually, we stayed close to the campaign style developed by Total Design. The animations include the signature graphic line (rails), interspersed with bold, quick, and energetic shots to create a dynamic and engaging whole.
