After a new employer brand strategy and proposition, it was time to introduce the new theme “Working at OLVG. In your own way” to the working people of the Netherlands. OLVG asked us to translate the strategic framework into a video that perfectly captures life and work at this quintessential urban hospital. A challenge we were excited to take on.

Approach

In the video, we showcase the diverse character of the city and the role that OLVG and its employees play within it. By featuring a variety of people and cultures, we highlight how OLVG is at the heart of society. The video is narrated by a voice-over, guiding the viewer through the scenes.
