We translated this vision into an employer brand movie that highlights teamwork and internal pride. The video showcases colleagues working together to construct a life-sized replica of Cushman & Wakefield’s overarching theme: ‘What’s Next.’ This is interspersed with employee quotes sharing insights about the company culture and the challenges within the industry. Additionally, we created short teaser versions of the employer brand movie and testimonials that focus on specific roles and departments, delving deeper into the associated challenges and the team’s vision for the industry.
