Ramon Swaab
I have a deep love for storytelling. The kind of story that resonates—whether it brings a laugh or a tear. A video should evoke emotion, move people, or drive them to buy or watch. That’s where my strength lies: enhancing ideas and translating them into a realistic and workable concept. I prioritize the viewer’s experience, ensuring the message is communicated clearly.
Luuk Walshot
As a film director Luuk works on commercials, music videos, documentaries and fiction films. He has been nominated by ADCN and 1.4 and won the Young Directors Award in Cannes in 2021 for his short film Union Jake. His work has been published on DirectorsLibrary, Cinetree, BooooooomTV, GUPmagazine and DirectorsNotes and he worked for international brands like Heineken, Samsung, Puma, Philips, Mentos, WNF and many more. He likes real stories with a raw edge and a highly stylized visual signature. Films that do not speak to the head, but touch the heart. He is particularly excited about projects creating a deeper understanding of the human spirit and ultimately spreading a message of unity, love and equality.
Tim Gersen
I’m a self-taught filmmaker who creates versatile work. It’s the mix of different genres—from dry humor to thoughtful storytelling—that makes the craft so exciting for me. No film is ever the same! I’m a naturally humble director, easy to work with, and I enjoy collaborating closely with creatives and clients.
Daniel Herter
Since the moment I first picked up a camera at 15, I’ve been addicted to storytelling—especially stories with ‘real’ people. I’m fascinated by how film can strike a chord with the audience when all the elements of filmmaking come together perfectly. The emotion you can evoke in a viewer is the most beautiful part of this craft.
Alain Friedrichs
I have a flexible and versatile style, ranging from static observation to dynamic cinematography. I love commercials, especially those with dialogue and visually-driven comedy. Since 2012, I’ve directed over a hundred commercials for national and international brands like Zeeman, Takeaway.com, LeasePlan, Philips, Wehkamp, Kwantum, Kruidvat, Trekpleister, Holland Casino, Ben, Bison Poly Max, and many more.
Philip Besamusca
Philip is a versatile director with a portfolio of compelling visual stories. “Beautiful images are meant to nourish, feel, and bring the story to life. With a keen eye for detail, a love for realism, and a passion for films that connect with the viewer, she creates content that makes people smile, think, or feel deeply.
Victor Zwiers
In my work, I’m always searching for those enchanting shots that spark the imagination. I strive to translate the essence of a brand into the right atmosphere and most powerful visuals. Bringing products to life with the essence of a brand is the challenge I constantly seek, and it’s something that comes through in all my work.
Symen Hoogesteger
I have a fascination with people. How they react, the things that inspire them, and the stories that touch them. With my films, I love to dive into their lives. It’s all about emotion. The story must touch you. The viewer should be able to identify with it and feel connected. A film should reflect the truth; after all, life isn’t perfect. Combined with a cinematic approach, I take the viewer on a journey into the experience.
Peet Gelderblom
A good director gives a message wings. Film is not a brochure full of gray text. Film is a weapon with emotion as ammunition, and only creativity pulls the trigger.
Niels Bourgonje
Niels has an impressive CV that includes both fiction and commercial work. His short films were selected for Academy Award qualifying festivals worldwide and won dozens of awards. After his short film ‘Swipe,’ he signed with the American agency William Morris Endeavor. He is now working on the development of his feature film debut.
Kevin Kok
I am a true director of actors and draw energy from directing both trained and untrained actors. In my work, I strive to showcase ‘real’ people who reflect our diverse society. I believe it’s important to listen carefully to the client’s request and translate this into a creative concept where the story is at the forefront.
John Rutten
It’s important to make a good translation of the client’s wishes. But within that framework, I like to push the boundaries a bit. A video must be balanced. I enjoy creating polished shots, interspersed with snippets. Good sound design is then essential.
Jacob Ossef
As a director and concept writer, I’m looking for the WHY of the client, the driving force. My goal is to move the human heart, to inspire and motivate.
Huub Lensvelt
As a director, I love strong concepts and powerful scripts, storytelling. I like to think along about how a concept or script can be made even stronger, how the message can be told more effectively, and how such a concept can then be smartly translated and produced for all media. Scripts with actors are what I enjoy the most. It can have humor, but it doesn’t have to; as long as it’s a good idea.
Fokke Baarssen
I live for film. I wake up with it and go to bed with it. Film is emotion. And in every film expression, that emotion must be strongly felt. Whether the final result is a commercial, corporate, fiction, or documentary, the approach I take to a story is always the same. Within a marketing message, I like to work with the client to explore the deeper emotional layer. I do this by paying close attention to story, camera work, lighting, color, the right casting, music, and sound design. Content and aesthetics are my keywords.
Daphne van de Berg
My work is based on a belief: ‘I believe that through video, you can get to know a person or truly experience authenticity. But only when you find the right emotional touchpoints of that person, and those of your crew, because then they will start believing in themselves. And as a director, that’s my responsibility.’
Chris Rudz
I always look for an emotional connection I can create with the Audience. I would say that’s the key element of my work for me.
Benjamin Jonas vd Brink
Benjamin Jonas is an Amsterdam-based director and all-around creative. With a background in cinematography and editing, Benjamin is a versatile film director with great know-how. He created content for brands like Procter & Gamble, Phillips, Google, EY, Deloitte, AEG, and Vattenfall.
Bas Baakman
For me, the magic of film lies in the fact that everything comes together: story, emotion, light, sound, and movement. I love organic images where the viewer can relate, ensuring the message is conveyed in the best way possible. The right music and lighting set the tone.
Anton van der Linden
